- THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO MAKE A SHORT TERM RESERVATION -
1- Send us an e-mail to: miamivacationrental@hotmail.com with the following information:
a)- Main guest name and last name.
b)- Address as in your valid ID or Passport.
c)- Contact phone number.
d)- Desired apartment (unit).
e)- Dates for reservation (check-in and check-out).
f)- Amount of people at the unit.
g)- Type of Credit Card for Reservation Deposit
(Master Card, Visa or American Express)
(The Reservation Deposit should be done with a Credit Card. The total payment can be done Cash at the Check-in time if desired)
*** Checks are not accepted.
2- One time the contract is ready and signed by an agent of Miami Vacation Rental, we will send it to you.
3- Read, print, fill the requested information, sign, skan and send the contract back to us via e-mail: miamivacationrental@hotmail.com

IMPORTANT: A signed contract will be only a tentative reservation. The reservation starts to be valid when the customer have done the Reservation Deposit.
